![]() ![]() This is super frustrating as I don’t see an option to move the Cloud back up folder, only the game directory itself. Seems as if the R* Games Launcher creates a new folder every time the R* Games Launcher app starts. Although closing OneDrive and R* Games Launcher fixes it every time, it’s only a matter of time before that error comes back and crashes my game causing me to loose all my progress.ĭoes anyone know how to have the R* Games Launch NOT install in the “My Documents” folder? For context, I’ve already prevented the “Rockstar Games Launcher” folder within “My Documents” from “Syncing” by going to OneDrive - Settings > Account > “Choose folders” and then unchecking the “Rockstar Games” folder from being synced with OneDrive but then that stops OneDrive from syncing entirely as it shows and error that the folder already exists and wants me rename it I order to continue syncing OneDrive. I’m also on Win11 and having issues as well with R* Games Launcher making RDR2 crash constantly with a “FFFFFF” error message. 0:00 / 5:54 How to fix Rockstar Games Launcher not working (any issue with Rockstar Games Launcher) mynameisanthony 148 subscribers Subscribe 967 Share 69K views 5 months ago 6767 If this. ![]() ![]() My Mobos old BIOS allowed my SCSI to work with unassigned/verified drivers, but when I updated them it stopped booting to Windows, and that is a whole another mess I would like to forget about(several windows reinstall yadayada), anyway in the end I found working driver for my SCSI, well actually nifty little free software called Snappy Driver Installer did that since OEM drivers from their website DIDN'T. Somehow the R* launcher doesn't like if the Windows Memory Integrity Protection isn't ON, and I has it turned off since my SCSI driver was old, and could not be verified by Windows11. I have SCSI(raid expansion card) since I have several internal HDDs. SOLUTION(that worked for me): Update your motherboards BIOS. I know this is an old thread, but I had the same problem with Rockstar Launcher it just crashing when I pressed play on any of my games, so I thought I come here and post my solution since this thread comes up often when people search google for solution. ![]()
